The Ripper37 sawmill range will help you unleash the true potential of your sawmill.

Industry-leading sawmill bandsaw blades

Ripper37 is the number one primary timber processing sawmill blade that promises longer life, improved performance and lower maintenance for the professional sawyer, so you can cut more wood faster than ever before.

Variable usage

Suitable for a wide range
of sawmills

Ripper37 blades are suitable for the majority of portable sawmill brands, including Wood-Mizer, Baker, TimberKing, Forestor, Woodland Mills, LogMaster, Hud-Son and many more. They are also suitable for many stationary and multi-head sawmilling machines.

We have used Ripper37 blades for over 10 years now on our two static bandsaws on which we cut Scottish grown hardwood logs – of any size. They have given us a consistent and good all round cutting performance, and will last many re-sharpening’s before reaching their life-end.

Deep hardened teeth

For more regrinds per blade

Each individual tooth in our Ripper37 sawmill bandsaw blades is not only ground, using computer-controlled machinery for exceptional cutting performance, but also deep hardened to allow for up to 100% more regrinds per blade than the competition, that’s twice the life.

The highest quality

Why does Ripper37 outperform?

The success and outstanding quality of the Ripper37 range is a direct result of Generation37 (which is also how the range got its name). We challenged our research and development team to create a blade that would significantly outperform its competitors – and when they did, we tested it against the blades of four leading manufacturers.

The results of those tests found that Ripper37 beat the best of the competition by 37%, in everything from cutting performance to blade life. It really is a new generation of sawmill blade.
