We are thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a significant milestone in the history of our company. As of 4th March 2024, there’s a change of ownership at Dakin-Flathers, bringing fresh perspectives and renewed energy to our organization.

Our current Managing Director and owner, Oliver Garside, has decided to step back from the day-to-day operations, yet he remains a vital part of our journey as a valued shareholder, investor, and advisor to the new owners.

Over the last 30 years, Dakin-Flathers has experienced huge growth and development. We have worked hard to help our customers share in this growth. I am very confident that the company is in a great place and ready for the next generation of leaders to continue this journey.

Carl Jukes, Lee Barker, Paul Greenley, and Stuart Dykes (left to right in the image below) are now proud owners of Dakin-Flathers, with Paul and Lee collectively representing the company for over 30 years. This dynamic quartet brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a deep understanding of our business values and culture.
