Thanks to continued expansion, which will make Dakin-Flathers the global No1 name in Bandsaw and Bandknife, we are recruiting an experienced individual, who will play an important part in delivering industry leading customer service to our expanding network of customers around the World.

As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and be computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.  In addition to this you will demonstrate a strong track record of administrative & transactional accuracy, possess phone based communication skills that enhance customer experience and display the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. Extensive internal and external training will be provided, however a background in customer service/sales administration and experience in dealing with overseas clients would be advantageous.  The ability to learn quickly and record/process customer requirements accurately is absolutely essential.
